There are several benefits to sponsor 4-Point play activities:
Position your organization with an attractive demographic: 90% of players involved in basketball programs will attend or graduate a 4-year college. Our youth athletes are between the ages of 8-18 and spend an average of $1,500 per year on sporting goods. Our amateur athletes are between the ages of 18-35 and spend an average of $700 a year on sporting goods.
Year round Youth Girls teams
In 2012, we expect our total participation to rise significantly, as a product of having established events, word-of-mouth promotion, and additional advertising. Our Youth teams have over 100 players participating every year. To recognize our players, we conduct an All-Star game once a year at the Rose Garden, which is then broadcasted on television. We create an extraordinary experience for our players who support our programs.
Sponsor our Women’s Semi Pro Team
The Portland Energy is a new Women’s Semi-Pro team in conjunction with the International Basketball League (IBL). All of our games will be played before the IBL games with attendance up to 4,000 people. Our players are camp directors and help organize our events as well as travel the nation to play against other top level teams.
Sponsor Youth Basketball Camps
Our organization manages basketball camps though out the year. The hours of this camp will vary depending on time of year. The objective of our camps is to provide kids with a positive activity and have them learn how to take care of their bodies through nutritional guidelines, basketball drills, games, and other fitness activities. Our camps will provide a week of comprehensive health education as well as basketball basics to improve not only their physical health, but also their skill level. The overall goal of this camp is to have kids gain new methods of taking care of their bodies.
Sponsor a Poker Tournament
Poker tournaments are a great fundraiser for all of our programs. Be a title sponsor for our 1st annual Texas hold’em poker tournament. You will be included in all of our public relations materials including local newspaper, social media campaigns and 4pointplay.net, reaching over 200,000 people. Have your company logo on all playing cards and chips. This will be a great opportunity to distribute promotional materials to tournament attendees.

- Sponsor our Pro-am basketball league with over 800 participants
- Donate money to become an official league sponsor
- Offer our players a discount on merchandise or services
- Donate products/services to the league to be raffled at our All-Star game at Rose Garden
Sponsor a camp/event:
- Donate money at our poker event
- Donate product and/or service for our youth basketball camp
- Provide volunteer work for our youth basketball camp
Sponsor a amateur team:
- Sponsor the Portland Energy women’s Semi-Pro Team
